SWIZÖL Paintwork Correction & Protection Detail
The best choice for customers with used automobiles that not only would like to protect their pride and joy but also improve its general exterior condition to a factory standard. We generally recommend Paintwork Correction on a 2-3 yearly basis.
- Wheel cleaning using Swizöl Wheel Cleaner.
- Thorough exterior wash covering bodywork, wheels, arches and the door shuts are cleaned as well.
- Final rinse with Aqua Gleam soft water (de-ionised) for a spotless basis for further detailing.
- Hand dried using superfine scratch-free microfiber cloths.
- Paintwork assessment – paintwork is measured and documented on every panel.
- Step 1 – Paintwork decontamination with Swizöl Paint Rubber and Quick Finish (thorough decontamination for first application).
- Step 2 – Paintwork correction is carried out using the experts choice out of a wide variety of polishing pads and polishes removing medium and large scratches, heavy hologramming, matt paintwork, etc. Paintwork correction progress and results are monitored in our unique detailing tunnel which is a stainless steel construction with copious amounts of daylight, neon light and halogen spots.
- Step 3 – Paintwork nutrition and was-pretreatment using Swizöl Cleaner Fluid.
- Step 4 – Wax protection and finish with the Swizöl wax of your choice.
- Wheels decontaminated and waxed using Swizöl Autobahn wax with PTFE.
- Windows and mirrors cleaned.
- Windows and mirrors surface enhancement (rain and dirt-repellent coating).
- Exterior plastics cleaned and conditioned.
- Chrome and stainless steel surfaces are cleaned, polished and protected using Swizöl Metal Polish.
- Tyres are dressed.
